# Command Monitor

Track and restrict bot command usage across your server.

## Overview

Command Monitor logs every Exorion command used in your server, including who ran it, which channel, and what parameters were provided. This creates a complete audit trail for staff accountability.

## Command Restrictions

You can restrict specific commands to certain roles or channels:

1. **Open Command Monitor**: Navigate to Dashboard -> Watchguard -> Command Monitor.

2. **Select a Command**: Choose the command you want to restrict from the list.

3. **Set Role Requirements**: Define which Exorion permission level is required to use this command.

4. **Set Channel Restrictions**: Optionally limit the command to specific channels (e.g. staff-commands).

> Command logs are retained for 90 days. Older entries are archived but can be retrieved through the audit log API.
